She's lookin' dangerous mate.
It took me nearly 8 hours to mow half of the block here last weekend and needs doing again already after the rain this week.
Me mate reckons that I should have a lawn sale and sell it for a dollar a foot.
The bikes looking magic Terry and it sounds as if she's roarin' like a loco at full song.

Thanks Mick, it's a bit cold and wet here today, so i think I've escaped the mowing until next weekend, which is fine by me, it gave me time to work out why the bike was running out of fuel on the way home. I took the tank off and put it on the stand and turned the fuel on, nothing. Fair enough, it was looking pretty low, but there was still enough in there for reserve to work, so I switched it to reserve, but still nothing. OK, I removed the fuel tap (pet cock, s
.......) and it was as clean as a whistle, but the fuel tube was a tight fit coming out of the tank, so I theorised that the POR15 job I did last Christmas was the culprit.
For reserve to work on a K tank there needs to be some clearance around the fuel tubes base so that fuel can flow past it and into the fuel tap, and mine was as tight as. I drained the tank, (3 litres of fuel came out, give or take) and then used a chainsaw file to file the surplus POR15 back to the metal so that the fuel tube in the fuel tap was a sloppy fit in the hole, then flushed the tank out so that any POR15 filings (now a grey powder-like substance) were washed into a bucket, rather than into my carbs.
I screwed the fuel tap back on to the tank and tried both the "on" and "reserve" positions, and the fuel flowed freely, so I shoved it back on the bike and hooked up the clear hoses, and was pleased to see fuel flowing again. I let it sit for a minute so that it'd fill the float bowls and then checked for leaks, (none) then hit the button and was rewarded with a healthy 'Varoom-a!".
I forgot to mention that on my ride yesterday the throttle jammed on @ around 6000 RPM and I had to force it back down, and with the tank off, the problem was obvious, the locknut on the return throttle cable had vibrated loose, so I fixed that, and tightened up a front blinker that had decided to rotate at 100MPH. All good now, and ready for another ride. Ah, life is good with the "Rainbow Warrior", ha ha!
