Dyna coils and carb work on the 750. Rode the CA95 around the parking lot after spending 5 minutes getting her started. Cleaned up the lester wheels too.

surrenderd it to be worked on while I work on the others
it was getting to me and i feared i would stab the tank light it on fire and kick it over

Bought some oil to replace the invisible stuff that disapeared from my sump, registered "Blondie" for the GZ tour of NewZealand, now when I get pulled up for carting a dangerous animal around NZ at least I won't get a ticket for no reg!

Took apart the carbs to check for fuel interruptions and a quick cleaning. Turns out I forgot to put in a slow jet in carb #1 the last time I had them apart. That would probably explain some of the carb issues ;3

dont use galvanised plate..its a hell to weld..and toxid smoke kills your appetite---scheise for more days..

I've only had the "Bravo" series Ron, but they're rubbish. The springs are way too hard (and i weigh twice as much as you) and when I pulled a pair apart I found that the damping was markedly different, so poor (if any) quality control. I bought two sets (a member here was able to buy them for 50 bucks a pair from the Australian distributor who was unloading his stocks of YSS due to the myriad of warranty claims he'd received) so I removed the springs from all 4 pairs and matched the damping as best as I was able, but they were horrible. Made in Taiwan, and typical Taiwanese quality.............

pulled the 74 engine out of my 72, to put the 72 engine back in. pulled the swing arm to replace bushings.

MCRider, I have the 2nd from top (no external cannister) YSS's, and am happy with the quality. They came with threaded preload / rebound adjust / & 10mm of additional length adjustment. I will say that the springs are a touch stiff for me, but @ 130lb even my Interceptor springs are stiff at full soft.

bikey has been playing up in the starting stakes, no kicker so pulled apart the solenoid to clean everything up. I should be riding not wrenching, damn.

The BMW may not be doing it now either, but just wait til it does. The parts are at least twice as much. I shudder to think of the multiple for newer Bimmers.

Well no kudos to your "ball and chain" mate, but I'd much rather have an R75 than an "F", so no biggie. Post a pic of that Boomer, I missed out on a mint R75/6 for only 2 grand 2 Christmas' ago, (but I did buy a nice Laverda from the same guy that I resold for a 5 thousand buck profit) and I really want another one! Oh, and Motobins in England have got any part you'll ever need, OEM or aftermarket, for less than you currently pay for new Honda parts! Cheers, Terry.
