Where did you get your tach? My KO tach works good up to 5 grand than needle starts bounching around all over the place.

There are places that can fix that. If you're interested. If yours is cosmetically good. Most used ones are trash.

Hmmmnnn you're an ideas man Heffy, so am I, so lets start a "What did you do to your bike yesterday?" thread, and while we're at it, how about a "What are you going to do to your bike tomorrow" thread too? ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Yesterday I did however retrofit a 750seat to my CB650.  The 650 seat had split open at the heat seams.

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.
