Ouch! They hurt my eyes mate, there's no way anyone's gonna run up your butt! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Haha! Let's hope not. That brake light is a $7.99 clearance light from the local truckstop ;D The whole setup looks like a spaceship in that pic. It's actually much smoother looking than it seems.

Nice!

I like your setup.  Is there a way to identify your light?  Our local truck/trail went out of business - I have to find my light online.

I rode the bejesus out of her last night, attempted a ton, got to 90, figured it's like first time sex, you can keep trying but it will happen when time is right  ;D

The brand name of that center brake light is road pro. The outer tail/turn lites were something I got from a truckstop years ago.

Pulled the "Mother Lode" K8 out of storage. Had new Dunlop D404's mounted, put in some fresh fuel, charged the battery and she fired right up! Cleaned it up a little and went for a ride to Lake Travis...

Fixed my leaky petcock, cleaned/lubed the chain and did some minor polishing... Still have to give the bike a good cleaning, I start and then get bored.
Will get my antique plates for her next week... I had regular tags on her but transferred them to the Thruxton I bought a couple months ago.   ;D
The Thrux got a good long thrashing today, unfortunately due to the tags situation... the 500 just went around the block a couple times.   :P

Rode it for about 110 miles, filled it with 2.6 gallons of 91 octane fuel with a splash of Marvel Mystery Oil fuel stabilizer, wiped it down, parked it and steped back to admire the look of the bike.

Too late! Ha ha, that's a nice looking bike Steve, I'm not a fan as you know, but it's good to see an original "survivor" back on the road, so well done mate! Cheers, Terry. ;D

I replaced the beat 110 probably Keyster main jets with some shiny new 120 Kiehin main's in the K5.
I took it out for a test run around 2:30pm and didn't come back until dark.. ;D
The bike ran noticeably better and cooler.
Guess I should check the plugs tomorrow. ::)

Stev-o, we really gotta get coordinated!
Nice looking K8 there. I haven't bought a bike yet that didn't need real work to make it road-worthy.
Must be nice to just fill it up and go! :)

Well, I did have to buy tires.   I think your new XS could be a gas & go bike?!

It needs tires and a new rubber battery box at the very least.
But I'd feel better if I rebuilt the front brake, even though there's no leaks.
Shopping for parts right now....
I'm never going to get the CJ360T rebuilt! ::)

Spent about three hours working in the garage. Only complete about fifteen minutes of work. I removed the rear wheel to remove the bearings (the fifteen minutes of work completed). The rest of the time was spent trying to get the bearings out. No luck.
