I have been doing some assembly on the 'cafe bagger' bike. I got the bike to turn over. Right now I am just fiddling with putting on the bags, seat and tank.

I put a set of clip ons onto the ZRX. Just one of those things that I always wanted to try on the bike.

I love that ZRX Joe, I can see why you're in no hurry with your projects when you've got that beast to ride........... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Cut the gauge mounts off a CB450K1 top triple and then spent an hour filing, sanding and polishing until it looked like they were never there.

Kept going and polished the CB160 handlebar controls (same as CB450K0 'no blinker' controls).

Kept going and drilled out the drag bars, fitted the Amal style levers, CB160 controls and new grips.

Bolted it all up to see how it will look on the bike.

Plenty of bling.

Best of luck with that mate, the CB500T was one of the 5 worst bikes Honda ever made, definitely not an improvement over the two wheeled vibrator that it replaced! ;D

Got a new battery for my 750K6. Be meaning to get one for awhile before it leaves me stranded somewhere. The battery was still the one that came with the bike when I got it in 2009 and not sure how old it was than.

How much did you pay for that mate? Over here you won't get much change out of 100 bucks, even for a cheapie. ;D

Adjusted the valves on the 500/4, then rode up in the mountains.  Sounds like a sewing machine afterward every time ;D I swear this bike feels a lot lighter on its feet with the Lesters.  I know I shaved four or five pounds of unsprung weight.

And reconnected with an old friend I haven't talked to on about 30 years.
Looks like she's having fun these days.  ;D
