Got out for a good 45 min ride through the countryside before heading home to do my springtime oil change and tuneup.  Sunny and 50.   20 min after I got home the skies opened up and it hailed till the lawns were white.  ;D

I FINALLY got to take it for a long ride....5 hours of seat time! I stopped for lunch on the way home. The whole ride people were looking at it, pointing, and obviously remembering their good old days. It was awesome. :)

Finally got to inspect the '75 frame that I bought a couple weeks back to replace the damaged '77 frame that came with my basket case 550F. I removed the side stand from the '77 frame and it is now ready to head to recycling.

Sadly that's all I have done.

I did however bring the carb rack back home with me. I need to figure out whay two of the slides (the 1-2 carbs) don't move with the others. I will likely also order gasket kits for all of them and get that part of the resto/build out of the way. Fortunately that's the sort of thing I can do in my condo while watching TV rather than in the garage at my sister's.

Baby steps, but at least some progress.

My hands are very shaky and my head and stomach is quite woozy. Legs are weak and speech is difficult. Breathing erratic and blood pressure increasing. I made a verbal commitment yesterday to sell a motorcycle to a good friend and fellow member here. Oh the PAIN---------for a hoarder  ;D   ;)     1972 cb350 with less than 8,000 miles showing

I can only imagine the trip to the emergency room that would result from the sale of a 750 vs a 350 twin

Been a while since I did anything to my bikes. Way to cold here in Wiscartica. I did drop off my maintenance free $100 battery at battery plus cause it was toast. Picking it up tomorrow as they were able to revive it.

Trying to figure out exhaust system. Also waiting on clutch parts.
It's the next day. Got my clutch socket today. Of course two of the bolts broke taking out the lifter. Back to internet to order new pressure plate.  Still waiting!!
