The whole 'Wang thing is being able to ride for hundreds of miles in total comfort Steve, doing 500+ miles in a day and feeling just as good at the end of the day as you did when you started off. Sure, they're not "sporty", (read "uncomfortable") but they provide an armchair ride, without having to resort to driving a car.

What surprised me on one of my rides on my beautiful black 'Wang was the fuel economy, for a bike that weighs almost twice as much as a CB750, it gets better fuel economy! And lets face it mate, you love your K8, so you can't complain about the aesthetics of a big black 'Wang.......... ;D

Who says winter is the worst time to sell a motorcycle? It was -5 deg here this morning and just for kicks I put my 73 cb500 that I picked up as a partial trade earlier last summer up for sale on CL. My cell phone went nuts with interested people asking about it. It found a new owner about an hour ago so now I have some $ to use to get more parts for my 750.

Put a new xring chain on it and went for a ride. Waiting on a carbtune to synch the carbs and I`ll be ready for spring.

I ordered new stock  repro muffler from DSS for my 75 CB400F. My stock muffler has a small hole in it. I do not want it to get worse, so time to take it off  and put it away
