Bought new HM 300 and sold the ZRX 1100.

...wieviel und von wo ?

Hi,

the ZRX was on "ebay Kleinanzeigen" .... and sold within 24 h.
Goes from Stuttgart to Rottweil.

11 tkm, as new, completely stock... € 3.500,00
So I have little cash left after buying the HM 300

And yes, I yet miss her  :-[

You're going to miss that!

Man I thought the same thing when I saw that.
The kids would be out of shoes, clothes, and food for a month before I'd let that go. :o

Yes.
Last good looking Kawa in my eyes. After that, they produced design-accidents.

I tried to sell her last summer. Prized at 3.750 - and got a lot of silly e-mails..."antic, make a reasonable price" "are you kidding" "will give you 2.500"

Thats what I got for her:

I've had such awful luck with mine, I'm thinking about just saving the headers and looking for someone to fold custom cones with replaceable baffles. Just an idea, but not sure who would even want to make custom cones for cheap...

Pulled the K4 out of the batcave, here's a rare shot of it in the background.

I charged the battery last night, popped it in and she roared to life! It's been about 6 months since she was last ridden.
Put some fresh fuel in the tank and took her for a short ride...

The ol girl just turned 40, time to freshen her up cosmetically. The Action Four mufflers need new chrome, wheels will get SS spokes, will check the brakes, and may be time to lose the Boss Maroon paint?
She's running good, maybe just a simple carb check/clean is in order too. Plugs, caps and oil too, of course. [no points, she's electronic].
It was a short, but fun ride today, I've missed the ol girl!

That boss maroon paint looks nice, get stock pipes to go with the paint.  People will drool all over it.  Isn't this one of the rarer color scheme?

These pipes are staying, I love the sound of them with the 836. [My K2 has 341's]
The Boss Maroon is prolly my least fav stock color, not sure how rare?

Totally okay with the Boss Maroon, if it's in good enough shape to wet sand and clear coat, keep it!
She's a lovely bike, give her a refresh and let 'er be.  ;D
