I really like the pipe, I have had a few now.  You will more than likely need to re-jet and tune your carbs to fit the pipe.  Both times I have ran the pipe it has been on non- stock bikes (836 & 915) so I can't speak to the tuning changes needed going to the motogp pipe with a stock engine.

Finished the K1

Beautiful, how do you like that pipe. I've been thinking of grabbing a pipe from motogp werks, they look so sharp in stainless steel. Did you have to do any major tuning or jetting?

Cheers, I'm on the fence as the 4-1 I'm currently running is in good shape and I like the sound of it. I'm jetted almost prefect but I need to do a touch more mid range tuning, has a tiny stumble in the 1/2 to 3/4 range.

Tweakin: Very nice!

Query: Do the Joker valve caps foul the petcock?

They fit great, no interference.
I know they are pricey. But I may have to get set.   ;D

They are pricey but I am a sucker for freshly machined parts.  The fit is close but works well.

Took my RD350 to the Austin F1 track yesterday, wish I could have ridden on the track!

My brother had a test day in his IMSA lites race car, he had four 25 min sessions on this awesome 3.427 mile track. Top speed on the long straight to turn #1 is approx 160 mph.

There was a light drizzle in the morning, but perfect conditions in the afternoon.
Was a good day, no problems or damage to the race car, prolly cuz I wasn't the driver!

Thanks. It's my toy, kinda like your 350.  Perfect pit bike. For some reason, I get more comments about this bike when I'm out on it than any of my other bikes.

Today I... adjusted the valves, installed the valve cover with new hardware and sanded down the tappet covers for polishing. Then I ordered 300+ in new parts. I love tax returns.

Won't be riding for a while.  Bike died on the way to work this morning.  -7F temps around 4:30 this morning.  Was pulling into the gas station and it stalled out.  Couldn't get the kick starter to turn the engine over.  It appears that the engine may be seized.

I rode mine for about 80miles around town to meetings.  I also fitted a bit of cotton rope around the well next to plug #4 because one of the rocker shaft cover o-rings is leaking again :-(.  Except for that , it RAILS. :-)

Started pulling the 72 750 apart, parting it out and I'm keeping the motor and carbs. Amazing how quick they come apart vs. go back together. Had the crash bar, pipes, carbs, wiring and cables etc etc off in under an hour, will pull the motor on fri. Too bad the hm341's were so rotten.

That's a sweet K1 Georg, I love those bar-end blinkers, but I can't see any on the back? Do you not need rear blinkers with those ones on your bars? Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

G'Day Terry,

...THX and nope, no rear blinkers needed wit this "Ochsenauge" at the front, it has two lenses for the back and the front.

Finally took the K1 out with Hastenbrucke for a coffee. About a 20 mile ride to his place, up the coast then home again.  All up I did about 100 miles. Weather was finally cool.
