Ha ha, I was being a bit cheeky not letting you guys know why I wanted this bike so much, take a look at these pics, below, and I'm guessing you'll understand why......... ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Thanks Eric, and yes, while it does look like it was dragged out of a drain, it's a low number 1969 diecast K0, so pretty rare on this side of the pond. Luckily for me, I've got pretty much all the hard to find parts already hanging in my garage too, except of course for a nice set of HM300's. I won't be selling it though, as you know I've been looking for a frame for my other K0 engine for years, so unless I suddenly go broke, this one's a keeper.......... ;D

So that title and KO frame neck I sold you many moons ago is still hanging in your rafters or made its way to the scrap pile ?  Shipping was kind of expensive for you on that even back then, sure its a lot more now.
That bike still have a wrinkle tank ? Any other good bits still left ?

Sorry Hondaman you provide a good product and service to the masses but the price for us Canadians right now is far to steep so I made my own...

3 circuit layout just like the original plus a spare fuse.

Canadian Tire parts? 8)

Only thing Canadian Tire is the wire. Everything else came from legit wire/terminal places on line.
Willing to share sources? ;)

Nope, wrong again Cal, you haven't been around long enough to remember the Greenspun days, I think Eric was a member back then too, but there aren't too many of the "originals" left, mores the pity. ;D

Ha ha, they're still hanging in the rafters Eric, I might have to turn them into some sort of "Garage Art". The early die casts did have wrinkle tanks, I had one but sold it, but I might be able to buy it back as the guy who bought it doesn't have a K0.

I do have a nice "original paint" red K0 tank here though, so no biggie if I don't get a wrinkle tank. I've gotta get the bike down from Dale's place in Hervey Bay in Queensland, over 1000 miles from home, so I can't even gaze on it's ghastly beauty for a little while yet. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Ha ha, yeah mate, as much as I want to use as many original parts as I can, even if they need some refurbishment, I'll be ordering more bits from Yamiya.......... ;D

Thanks Larry, and sorry to see your troubles with mother nature taking a dislike to your bikes, the guy I bought my BMW K1100LT from had 3 separate incidents with his (my) bike falling over, the downwash from a Blackhawk helicopter knocked it over, then melting bitumen on a hot summer day, then a beggar pushed it over when he refused to give the priick any money. Luckily it was professionally repaired each time, and looked like new when I bought it. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Nice one Terry.

Looks like a little bit of work in getting the frame back to stock, but those plates welded into the rear triangles should come out right?

I will keep my eyes peeled for K0 parts.

Restoring a CB750 K0 must be seen as important historical work for mankind!
I hope you can make it look like it did when leaving Japan back in 69.
