do you think the inside diameter is to small to a cbx 1000cc engine..it seems that all petcocks is the same desein..just the threddet autrunner is made to spec modell..my fuel line is soft and accepts both ends( vith some care.)..my only vorryes is the fuel kapasaty dl/pro minute..but a cbx only have 100 hk/hp..but like fuel..have once,, emtyed the reserve tank..(..it vas hard to push home)
the adapter vas to my 400 four..its just a moped...

edit..i have made a floting test of the china tap..it gives 0,2 liter pro minute

What's the plan, Bomber?

I'd been slowly amassing the parts to fix up the front end.  All balls head bearings, fork seals/damping piston ring, just picked up the front wheel from the speed shop.  She'll be rollin spitfires for the next 7-10kmi.  Asked my pal there if he would drill the brake rotor, but he talked me out of the idea, 3 hours labor and not much gained.
I got fed up with the leaky fork seal on the left stancion, my tach gauge is useless so I'm gonna ditch that.  Fashion a new mount or the speedo and key switch, move the indicators into a k-model bar clamp cluster (a swap meet freebie!)
And that mofuggin headlight bucket is a smashed up busted p o s from a yamaha.  Still searching/scheming for a new lamp.

He's the glimpse of the fork tubes as they are.  My pal the guzzi-addict thinks I'll be fine to re use them despite the dull streaks in the chrome.

Bad place to post probably but found kind of a cool old Aladdin lunch box out pickin' early this morning called Rough Rider. The lady said she had an Evil Knievel also but the grandson wanted it last night. Sure enough as I was leaving the little grandson who looked around 6 or less was walking down the drive towards Granny with his mom carrying Evil  :)
Any of you biker dudes ever had a biker lunchbox when you were a kid ? Here's one for the cafe guys and the Beemer Boyz also  ;)

Nope just the box unfortunately. She said she had some more boxes packed away somewhere, have to check back sometime.  Maybe Frank 754 will tell us what kind of dirt bikes those are, look a little like Maico or AJS  ;)

Haven't touched my SOHC in awhile, but started some work on my "most impressive bike ever made."

Had to remove the 10" wire extensions in the controls and solder the originals back together, due to switching from the REALLY high bars to 400f replicas.

Cleaning the carbs as well. Hoping to have genuine gasket kits today so I can try firing this baby up this weekend.

Are you doing tapered bearings or just a re-pack. Got some extra bearings around if you lose any.

I have the all balls kit waiting to go in.

The bearing cap was on finger tight...that might explain my wibbly wobbly shakey wakey issue.

So I don't have to install the tapered bearings because the stock races are shiny.
