Sold a Suzuki T250 recently. Pulled this project out of storage yesterday.  Gave it a birdie bath and detailed it out a little. Fired up pretty easily off a slave tank. Will it be the next victim of my purge ?  hmmmm

Eric sold a bike?!   Could this be caused by Global Warming?!!

Love those old Suzi's, need to get my TS250 back on the trail this winter.

We got another old Suzuki yesterday. It's a 1981 GS 1100E with 16k miles on it. We got it for the $400 owed on work already done. It had the petcock fail and dump gas in the oil which caused oil leakage at the head gasket. The bike still runs and rides good. We'll fix the head gasket and replace the rotting exhaust with a Delkevik exhaust system.

Kelly,now you've got a 'brother bike' 81' GS1100E to your 1980 silver GS1100E;Classic Superbikes.
75' CB400F/'bunch o' parts' & 81' CB125S modded to a 'CB200S'
I love the small ones too !

I wanted Ramair (MS006) foam socks for the velocity stacks on my CR29’s but couldn’t get any, so I’m using these.
Also fitted RG500 mirrors to the fairing

Top triple clamp from a CB900 modified by Terry to take normal bars, lower set has already been sorted to work on my K7 ( again by Terry ) so now need to get one bent fork leg unbent and then see how the whole front end looks on the bike
Thanks again to Terry

Oil change on my 550, noticed that the previous owner had cross-threaded the oil nut. Soo drilled it out and put in a nice helicoil.

Ahhh I misspoke. Oil drain BOLT. my bad.

Then again if you can see the oil pan as a sort of nut then it's the oil drain nut.  ::)

I have done absolutely nothing to my bike recently other than put gas in it and ride the hell out of it. Loving every second riding the old girl

Received 3 new ignition coils for my other Triumph Rocket 3 and popped for an Aussie built “Ozclaw” air scoop foe the Ramair filter system. Once SPotty’s over the plague we’ll install both. Am considering some drop in cam’s from the same supplier, which, with the Ramair system, Jardine pipe and ECU reflash will give it around 190 BHP and 160 foot pounds of torque at the wheel. Should be scary fun. ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Hey buddy, that sounds fun! I love riding big really fast bikes. At 125lbs I probably won't slow it down much. 8)

why the hell does this keep happening with the photos ? sometimes they'll come through no problem, sometimes this happens, most often trying to download a post or photos off my phone won't work at all. is this the sohc gods telling me they're not happy with the concept of a 750 trail bike ?

"What did you do to your bike today?"
Put on some new NGK plug caps on the CB750, fired her up... right winker idiot light didn't come on. Spent the next hour trying to hunt down the problem with a tester light, nope. Had the whole indicator light box opened up... couldn't find a short or the problem (found a spider nest in there though). In aggrevation, I cursed out the bike, put it back together, turned the key... *&!^@ indicator lights work again.

Plug caps weren't enough it seems. She always wants more.

The Rocket III seems to be the popular choice for little guys, mine don’t even notice my 230 pounds, so you would love one. ;D

Today we installed fresh front brake pads on the 84' VF 1000F Interceptor. The outside pad on the left side wore down the nothing all of a sudden. Then we fixed the turn signal droop with some 1 1/2" dual wall heat shrink with adhesive. It will work until we get around to buying some new rubber mounts.

Good job Kelly, looks like new. Nothing worse than droopy indicators. Well there is, but you can apparently buy medication to fix that…. ;D

As far as I know they are aftermarket chopper tubes but the could be XR600, I used a set of XR350 tubes on another bike years ago which I sold to Terry when I got rid of all my sohc stuff.
. I used to own them years ago with 750 lowers on. I bought them back a couple weeks ago. The guy I got them off also has a chopperised stockish 750 and the digger frame I also sold him. A crafty plan is brewing in my head to get the lot off him along with a stupid long springer front end. I could end up with a dirt bike, stockish chopper and a digger, a bike for all seasons ( as well as the VMAX and the royal tour star cruiser )
