Kelly, thanks, I'll keep brakecrafters in mind for next time. I paid about what they want for 2 kits including shipping and exchange rates for 4 Honda supplied pistons at the local dealer. The seals and dust seals were about $50 more here too. I'm in Canada. However, FedEx fees may push it much higher with their outrageous brokerage fees. Cliff.

Getting ready to load the CB750 on the table. Gonna replace the swingarm, front forks with CB550 parts to lower it some.

New Delkevic exhaust, and repainted tank, done by my nephew.

The tank looks good  8)

Thanks bro......he did do a great job on the tank.......he's repairing the cracked side coves and painting the same to match.
If it ain't raining, I'm riding.....~~{iii}?~~prost

Ordered carb kits from Saber Cycles for the GL1100 and picked up my order for the front brakes on the CBX, new pistons and seals. Always something to do. Cliff.

Some people spend their money getting rid of their stock parts. I spend my money to get rid of the after-market parts.
Look at the size of these babies. "Wink Wink". Thing of beauty!

Didn't stop to consider that K5/K6 uses a grounded 19mm nut to hold them on, so it's good thing that I have big nuts.

The 74 and earlier bikes have the smaller indicator lamps on US market bikes. Thanks to DOT rules the bigger indicators were fitted to the later bikes…

I finally broke down and ordered a set of Yamiya HM300 pipes for my K0. I need the 4 into 1 Delkevic for my K1 project, so the HM300’s will add a little more of an original look to the ol’ K0. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I’ve got a heated 30 litre ultrasonic cleaner that brings carbs up like new. Spotty had a really good hack, he’d buy an electric orbital sander and strap it on a beer cooler, fill it with soapy water and turn the sander on to vibrate the crap out of it. Usually the sander would blow up after a couple of uses, so he’d take it back for a free replacement. ;D

Lol  Mine is just 22 litre, but most times I put parts in a smaller container and drop that in the tank to keep from mixing 22 litres of cleaning solution.  Works like magic....  don't know how I got by without it!

It also works a treat on vinyl record albums...

Went and finished the trade with a buddy from work.
For a 77 cb750 in a amen savior frame.

It needs lots of love but I'm happy about it.

Came with a girder and a tote of extra parts.

Has a cool cross over exhaust 1 and 4 come out one side and 2 and 3 from the other. I'll have to get better pics of it later.

Well, that should keep you busy for a minute or two. 8)
Are you going to use the girder front end? I've always liked the girder and springer front ends.

That’s going to be a great chop mate, I’d love a 750 (or Z1) chopper but finding a good frame here is difficult. I like the “minimalist” look, so my ideal chop would hade a King Sporty tank and a girder/springer front end, 21” front wheel and lots of shiny parts and paint. My poor old back probably wouldn’t take the pounding from a rigid rear end, but I don’t care, I want one anyway! ;D

I am planning on using the girder with a 17 in 5 spoke invader mag I have.
Thinking Coffin tank king and queen seat and a set of adjustable rabbit ear bars.
the girder doesn't have much rake in it so I'll prob make new lower links on it opposed to cutting the neck.
feeling a almost plum crazy purple with white/gold lace on the tank.

All in due time i have 2 bikes ahead of it in the planning.

I hear you, the 83' CB 1100F is still sitting there in it's coat of storage dust and dirt.  Hopefully we get started on it next year.

That front end is sweet. 8)
