Put some fresh air in the tires  8)

Nice line up!  I see a K0, K5 but cant I.D. the two others.
From left, K8 (not much left, only gauges & sidecovers), KO, K1,K4

K4 is Planet Blue?   I had a K5 Planet Blue, love that color.
I enlarged it, note the small turnsignals and the green
Very perceptive, the fork ears are from a K2 I believe. Also I used short signal stocks, just liked the look better than the long ones.

Technically it only took about three and a half years to rebuild it. It sat from Nov 2001 to Nov 2021 after a bit of an accident.

A start on the bodywork, much sanding, filling and more sanding before I get to the top coats.
Also have to decide on colour, maybe red frame, white bodywork and red seat

Another thing I've been doing, skimming all the manufacturers stamps off the top of Allen bolts.
The 4 for the lower triple clamp are done and you can still see the stamps on the two smaller ones which will hold the front guard bracket

A fair question, and I have no logical answer, just that I think it looks better than having all those stamps on.
When factories use Allen bolts they don't have those stamps on so I won't have them either. I may go back and put a slight radius on the tops to make them look a little more production.
The main look I'm going for us Honda production, which is obviously something that they never made but a boy can dream

It's an AF Asahi No.99 Mini Sport windshield straight from Japan. Got it new from an ebay seller for $100 USD. Used by commuters, gangsters, and bosozoku riders across Japan since the '50s.

Haha. Yeah. Hitting a car at 45mph will do that.
Lady made a u-turn in front of me from a street side parking spot and stopped as soon as she realized I was there.

That is almost the scenario I imagined. I hope you weren't hurt too badly.

I had an excellent orthopedic surgeon. There's still some loss of range in movement but it doesn't affect daily life. However, mostly due to fractures in my elbow and shoulder, there are a couple spots on my back I can't scratch anymore. Lol.
