Try synching your carbs mate, "out of balance" carbs are a common cause for rough running and vibration. Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

Will try,but it does run well and it just started the vibration today. It feels like it is coming from the motor area and pulling in the clutch makes the vibration smooth out.

Easy way to check. Listen for the motor noise, now pull in the clutch, does it go mostly away? It will kinda sound like a bucket of rocks.

The noises you describe are typical of the SOHC engines, particularly the 750s.  A combination of clutch plate rattle and primary chain slap.  As Terry mentions, synchronizing the carbs will help to reduce the noise.  Search the forums and you will see that this question is asked frequently.

Yoy need to pull the oil pan to check your primary chains . You would measure from the pan gasket surface to the primary tensioner bracket . Should be 70 mm or less . Page 53 of the honda manual . My clutch makes noise when I need to tune up my bike . Maybe something whet out of adjustment .
