remove this rubber under the washer before doing this or you'll cut or damage it.
this is you friend when removing that nasty stock steering brackets bearing..at least it worked 4 me

new progressive fork springs. note: it's about 1 inch shorter than stock you have to cut a pvc pipe that came with the springs and place it on top of the spring so it wont bottom out..well it doesn't really b/o: I only weigh 150lb but the ride seemed to be lower on the front..changed fork oil also while your at it.
oh yeah..you have to check out 'craigslist' often! I bought this motor 4 only $100 750f
Ok here's the latest. finally got my cafe seat from classic cycle city. This guys are awesome they specially made and will start selling this cafe seat k8 in the future..pricey but worth it. completely bolt on with no modification needed perfect fit..very light tough material and what else can i say..it looks damn good..
march 14. 10 motor out last week. Right side position worked awesome. I timed myselft and it took about 2 mins to pull the motor out..easy
