CB550 Cafe-----"Retro Documentation" for Instant Gratification
« on: November 12, 2009, 11:42:12 AM »
For all you guys into instant gratification, this is for you!.  I finished my cafe not long ago and have lots of pictures that I have finally consolidated. I will post some here so you can see how my build progressed.  This took 6 months.

The day I brought them home.  What did I get myself into?!

Ignorance is bliss.

 Old bearings.

Best tool I own.

Lets just say getting this out wasn't the easiest thing.  It got replaced.

Well just be glad that you COULD ride your bike if you wanted to because your roads arent covered with snow/slush/ice/salt.  :)

Nice! Congratulations! I'd like more detail shots though, haha, never enough! (esp engine, maybe battery box, rear brake levers)
I'm all about instant gratification - but wait, didn't you get two bikes? what happened to the other one? Parts? Restore? Cafe?
