Good point.  It would still be an interesting statistic- percentage chance of death by manufacture.

Since it seems to be fashionable to resurrect old threads this one seemed like a dandy.

"I feel unencumbered. Truth be known, I'm probably a safer rider without a helmet."

Egads, I hope nobody is depending on this guy to bring home any bacon.  ::)

Me too!  And I drive better after a couple scotch and sodas as well   ::)

Talk about your Egad moments! Destroying Scotch with soda!?!? You've got some explaining to do. Either drink better scotch, or start drinking while wearing your helmet! You've obviously taken a knock  :-X

Or is it the heat?  ;)

;D  It was the first alcoholic beverage that came to my mind for some reason.  I'm on the wagon actually  :)    http://liquor.com/recipes/scotch-and-soda/

Do as you wish with Scotch, but please never adulturate IRISH WHISKEY.

BTW Scots Gaelic and Irish Gaeilge both use the words "Uisce Beatha" for this beverage, meaning "the water of life". It got badly translated into English as "Whiskey".
