Cam keeper stud torque spec?

I cant find any torque values for these head studs and their nuts. 750K5. Any ideas?

6.5 - 9.4 ft lbs for the camshaft holder cap bolts.

Do not attempt to reach 9 lbs...stay as low as possible on the torque

Cool. I didn't know if the specs for the bolts were the same as the stud nuts.

I torqued down those studs to 7lb and installed my cam. When I placed the caps on the cam, I could see that the stud height varies a bit. Properly torqued down, two of the studs leave thread showing in their nuts. Should I locktite those studs in question to the height of the other two studs, so they can fully engage their nuts?
