combat wombat
« on: November 15, 2009, 08:27:07 PM »
does anyone know if there is any such thing as a 1971 Hodaka Combat Wombat with a 175cc engine?

It was my father-in-laws first bike so he says and I am considering starting to build one for him as a gift but all the info I find on the Wombat is a 125cc engine and from 1973 on.

Does anyone have any info that might help me?

This is the model roster that I found.
There's also this fellow who might know for sure:

My brother's first bike after his minitrail 50 was a Super Rat, chrome tank and a lot of fun.
I'm sure your wife's dad will love it regardless of whether it's a 125 or 175, great idea!
