specs for degreeing cam on cb550

just curious if anyone knows what the specs for intake opening and closing are in degrees? same with cb650

These are the valve timing numbers I found in FAQ Manuals section.

CB550       Intake         OPEN  5* BTDC,       CLOSE   35* ABDC
               Exhaust       OPEN  35* BBDC       CLOSE   5*  ATDC

CB650    http://cosky0.tripod.com/

CB650   Intake OPEN 5*BTDC@1mm lift,58*@ 0 lift CLOSE 35*ABDC@1mm lift, 127*@ 0 lift
         Exhaust OPEN 40*BBDC@1mm lift,121*@ 0 lift CLOSE 5*ATDC@1mm lift, 65*@ 0 lift
