After searching I came back here, My front axle nut is frozen to the axle, any tips on removal? I tried heat and Kroil yesterday.

Is it off the bike?  I had to put a bolt through the other side of the axle's hole and hold it with vice grips, and cranked the nut with a big crescent wrench. Bent the bolt but nut came loose. You may need to let it soak for a while in Kroil, WD-40, or MArvel's Mystery Oil.

Yes it's off the bike, I tried an old screwdriver in the hole and a crescent wrench. It's soaking in kroil now.

Give it a few seconds with the old torch.
Better sorry for failing then for the lack of trying.

There's never been a better combo (for me at least) than heat and PB Blaster.
More heat than you think.  If a heat gun doesn't get it, you could try a torch or one of those cheapo propane torches.
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

+1 on PB blaster and heat.  i don't even try to remove a bleed screw without soaking for a few days.  i firmly smack the bleed screw duing this waiting period, then heat and remove.  so, i'd try smacking the nut (no, not choking your chicken) also. ;D

Thanks, heat worked, I'm well on the way to double discs. I got the speedo drive modified and will assemble it soon. I didn't get the speedo mod until I saw it apart in person then it all made sense.
Now I will attack the speedo drive on my K0 with the lester, for some reason it won't drive the cable.
