The other problem is, when things go wrong you hear about it...a LOT. But people don't come out of the woodwork just to say how they havn't had any issues.

On a forum like this for example, most of the threads are about problems, or issues with sellers...not as many about the good sellers etc. Not to say there aren't lots of those too...just not as many.

Sorry if that is worded strange but it just took me 2 hours to get to work because of the freaken snow(should be 20 min)...you think living in Upstate NY people would know how to drive in it. I made it to work in a 2wd S10 with balding summer tires, yet there are 4wd trucks and front wheel drive cars off the road all over the place lol.
1976 CB750K - Cafe Project...taking forever
1984 Honda MB-5 - MB-8 conversion in process
2001 Ducati 748 - Built 996 motor sleeper

I think my entire city is closed for the day. They said something about 50mph winds, 18" of snow, and 15 foot drifts.

Colin, I did the same years back with a little s-10 2wd with a 4 banger. Just gotta know how to use a the gas and clutch!
In those things, counter steering becomes a way of life in the snow!
