Are their any mags out their that will fit a 1975 cb550 without any modifications to the front and rear brakes? I like the look of the mags, but want to use stock everything else.

Apart from vintage wheels, there are no easy alternatives....but it can be done.

Where to look for vintage wheels?

Craigslist
Ebay
Local sales papers are good too as well as swap meets and other motorcycle events.

Sometimes buying a whole partsbike just for the wheels is a good idea.

The early Yamaha mags look similar to Lesters and are a dime a dozen.  They can be had with disc front and back or with a drum on the rear.  The Lesters may bolt right in but are $$$ unless you get lucky.
Not sure what mods would be required.  I have a loose front Yamaha mag and two XS's in the garage so if you need any dimensions let me know.
