airbox question
« on: January 28, 2006, 04:15:00 PM »
I currently have pods on my 550, because the rubber couplings had become hard and brittle and were not sealing. Today my wife and I went past our local flea market and she wanted to stop. We walked and browsed numerous vendors. Half way through I saw a box labeled 550. Inside was an almost complete air box assembly the only missing item was an inside rubber coupling. I bought it in an effort to return my newly rebuilt carbs closer to factory specs. Anyone have an extra inside air box coupling for a 550 for sale??
If it is to be it is up to me.

I would check with User DRAGMAN or ElCHEAPO.
Or you could always look on Ebay.... ::)
