Damn Frank, why did you go and do a thing like that for?  ;) ;D Now you got me thinking! I'm not going many rounds with a non tested turbo bike, and I am going racing. ;D I'm heading out to put trans in Calendar Girl( hasn't ran in 6 months), but hey, let's try and go some rounds, long ride for a couple nice burnouts and then bog off the line or not be able to launch consistently....so I'm putting Calendar Girl in the 11's before I put Purple Rain in the 10's! Damn, being practical, but makes the most sense. Probably,no I will install Dyna2000 and try to fix a couple other little things! ;D Bill....and you can help me finish the air shifter!! ;) ;D

Focus, focus, focus.. ;D

I need some ADHD meds. If i can close the cases up completely tomorrow evening, the pistons and block will go on tomorrow night. Head and cam bolted on by saturday. Cam degreed sunday by noon and the motor bolted in by the evening. After some carb  parts replacement it should be running by monday night late if i don't hit any snags  with my cushion being tuesday night. It has to be ready for at least 2 test passes on wednesday night at Darlington Dragway. I have no intentions of loading up a dud to take on that long trip to Bradenton. I refuse to embarrass my SOHC brotheren by not getting down the track. Lol.

You guys have taught me that the most important thing is to simply make it down the track with CONSISTENCY! A consistent 14 second dial-in trumps an inconsistent 11 seconds in this type of racing. ;)

Sorry my friend but you know i'm always stirring it up. I do know i have seen Calender Girl make passes. I do know you and that bike become one after the burnout. I do know a turbo bike without all the bells and whistles is one of the most inconsistent bikes around as fas a bracket racing goes. I do know for a fact that riding a short wheelbase bike with lots of power can turn into a hand full unless you've got tons of passes under your belt and balls as big as those on King Kong. I also know, as we age, our balls shrink-lol.

Not trying to discourage you in any way, i'm simply throwing logic into the mix. Because this is Sam's last go round, it seems to me the team should be "on point" from the word go.

Now i'm going to put my crank and tranny in the cases and stop these worthless posts. Hahaha

I very much doubt it. The mounting points are as far as I know but it has a deeper sump and the drive shaft sticks out further as in the F models.

I think it will fit in the F but you would need to have a top rail frame kit or make the top rails vanish as in yours due to the deep sump.
