All,
Bill called from the road. Lost in the first and second rounds to a wife and husband team, respectively. Couldn't run close enough to his dial-in in the first round; bought back in. Second round he upped his dial-in and lost a double breakout race, with Bill getting there first, but running further under his dial-in.
Bike is more consistent than the last time he ran with Sam at Rockingham, but not any quicker. We discussed more total timing advance and cam timing changes with Mike's input. 2-3 more horses at 3 grand will help reduce the variations in 60' times, and make the bike quicker and more consistent.  Bill continues to have good reaction times; he just needs a better ATM.  The saga continues....

2 for 2 goes to Sam Green Racing against the legend (in his own mind) Boo Brown. The pressure/pleaseure is now on Mr. Green himself to carry our winning ways forward.

Well, i didn't win the race, i only made sure Mr. Brown never made the winners circle. Actually i made it to the semi finals (again) and a crappy reaction time coupled with the bike not running the dial in ended my day. All in all a good weekend when we return home safely with no breakage.

I set up the table, the grill  and Gladys had the chicken seasoned and ready to be cooked. Unfortunately, our cook (son) arrived late and decided to watch racing instead of feeding the hungry. We finally got him on his game but after the food came off the grill and the baked beans were heated, there was no sign of you or Bill to break bread with us. We ended up throwing away what was leftover early that morning. Next time i'll handle it all myself so i can be sure my friends from ATL get nourishment.
