My set up uses a stock Kaw rear master cylinder. I welded an arm on my stock brake lever to attach the pneumatic, single acting cylinder. The other end of the cylinder is mounted to a bracket i bolted to my swingarm. Obviously, the longer the lever rotating on the arm, the more pressure you can exert. Maybe you could even consider mounting the cylinder perpindicular to the brake lever and let it push down just as you would do with your foot. Lots of ways to skin this cat and you already have the parts. You could even use the horn button as the momentary switch if its still on the bike. At 140psi, that single acting cylinder will exert more pressure than your foot on the pedal unless you intend to stand up on the pedal with all your weight. Not sure how you would balance the bike like that-lol.
I assume you still have the stock rear master and brake pedal? Stock works better than aftermarket in my experience.

Don't forget to remove the MSD/Dyna ignition from the bike before any welding is done.

CHAD INSLEY used a stock foot brake, rolled the carbs open a little, and pulled off = reason he won so many races and rounds was not the bike !!! It was his good eyes on the TREE = .00 - .01 - .02 - .03 and dead on dial in that got this BIG SMILE to the many final rounds at many big money races. I watched him beat CRAIG ADAMS of Ohio at a $10,000 , yes a ten thousand dollar PAUL GAST RACE at Norwalk with a perfect light .00. Craig rode back to the starting line on his bad ass BUSA WITH HIS RUN TICKET IN HAND with a .03 reaction time and 2 numbers off his 8.47 dial in = he ran 8.49 and lost. Chad ran .01 off his number and a perfect light. WINNER EVERTIME on 1320'.
Use a left front handelbar [ Gold Wing clutch unit 81-85 about  $25 on e-bay ] with a 28" SS brake line to the rear disc brake with a shift light to set RPM CREEP will work , SIMPLE.  It worked on a 10mm stroker BUSA [ ALL MOTOR ] 245 HP DYNO with slider, SCREWING THE THROTTLE OUT AT THE LAST BULB and auto shifting running 8.05 ET.  If this system can hold a 245 HP STOKER BUSA on the line or do you think SAM's HONDAMATIC has more power on the line than this BUSA ??

     Going up against a 144 mph bike in the other lane, covering him by the finish line, getting on the brakes, and running just over your dial-in? You still got there first in spite of his breakout pass?  PRICELESS!!!!

     By my unscientific calculations, that was a 12.15 to 12.18 pass if you had not used the brakes.  It's very hard to dial in a bike without any history. Now we have a little information to work with. Bill, any density altitude information available for your excellent night?

     Frank, do you see any hope there? The bigger question - What kept the bike on the starting line? What brakes held it there for 1.9 60' times?? Do we have a working system for Valdosta?

     My last meet of the season for points is being rained/snowed out as I write this. Yes, it is snowing north of me right now. I need to get out of this cold weather. How does Georgia sound in November?   Sam, get ready for some fun!

but,first,yes Jon,it was PRICELESS,oh but PAID $170.00 for runner-up! The pass I posted was the one that got us in the finals! Samauto's second pass:R/T .068,60ft 1.960,330 5.241,1/8 7.891,92.86 mph 1/8,10.213 1000ft,12.219 1/4 2 111.57mph!!!! Quicker than ever and quicker than CG has a slip for!!
It was on this run I knew we were on to something,rememberI did say we were going for consistency on Samauto! So heres some 1/4 mph,s when I ran it w/out backing out! 111.57,111.73,111.57,110.75 on final run! I'll copy time slips and post Jon....No data except Bill's hand,head and azz!(By MYSELF)

My guess is you found out NOT to push the bike too hard against the converter. In other words, you found the spot that the bike liked, the sweet spot.
