 i dont really have alot of money to do this, on the other hand i'm not in a huge fatassed rush either, i'm hoping that after the first of the year i might be able to afford to make the drive with my bike trailer, unless somone has a better (more economical) suggestion for me. i do really want this bike as i've been wanting to do a little street tracker styled sprint ever since i rode one back in my norton/triumph days back in the 90's.

Why not just take the wheels off and the forks/triple tree and pack it up and ship it as "parts".  As long as someone at the other end can do this for you or course.  Especially if that someone works for a company that has a shipping department.  When I worked for "The Company" we shipped large and small items all over the U.S. and as employees we could ship our own stuff as long as we covered the cost.  All we had to do was get it to the loading dock and depending on what it was they would even package it.
