C'mon, this guy sounds legit. If you are lucky he might even be able to pay a little extra for your bike since he is the heir to a Nigerian throne.

Why are you selling the CBR Dennis?

Is it the 600?

tell him no problem
he can have the bike as soon as his check clears your bank
that usually takes 7 to 10 business days

A few reasons Andy: (oh and yes it is the 600)
-I barely put any miles on it this past year
-I could use the money
-when I do ride I want to go longer distances and the stance isn't great for my back etc after a few hours I don't enjoy it (did a few 600+ km days and REALLY felt it)
-It really is far more bike than I want or need. When I can merge on to the hwy in 2nd gear it is a ton of fun to ride but will likely kill me or cost me my license
-The CX500 I have been working on will still allow me to ride when I want etc and in a year or 2 I can step up to a decent cruiser or possibly a dual sport
-this may not be a good sales pitch but the bike doesn't have any soul...like I said it is fun to rip around on in short bursts but just hasn't been calling out to me for the last year or two

Nope not yet...had a few calls and low ball offers etc.

I figure there is no rush. Worst case scenario it sits in my garage for the winter and I know I will have no problem selling it in the spring.
