That's actually a nice looking bike mate, but the sad reality is that the only thing of value to a "collector" at the moment is the engine, or more accurately, the cases.
The frame will need a lot of engineering work to safely bring it back to stock, and most of the bits which make a complete sandcast so different from later K series CB750's (duck-tail seat, wrinkle tank, airbox, sidecovers, double cut front fender, shorty chain guard, 2 hole rear fender, K0 headlight and brackets, cable operated carbs, K0 swingarm, etc,) are all missing?
Do you intend to restore it? If so, you'll want to have fairly deep pockets and plenty of patience, I reckon you're looking at $5K minimum for the afore mentioned cosmetic parts, and (depending on whether you do it yourself or get an engineer to do it) $1K to sort the frame, then another couple to actually restore it back to "As new", as long as the engine is in excellent condition and doesn't need any work.
Still definitely worth it, a "mint" sandcast will fetch between 15 and 20K, (well, before the recession, at least) so as long as you can afford to do it properly, you'll make some big bucks. If you can't afford to "spend money to make money" then you could get a couple of thousand for it as it stands from someone like Andy (736cc here) as a restoration project, or you could just clean it up and ride it as a really cool Sandcast chopper, there won't be too many of them around now, ha ha!
Oh, and don't ever use oven cleaner on your cases, the chemicals will make the alloy castings go black. Cheers, Terry.
