Choke question 70 CB 750 K1
« on: November 27, 2009, 12:52:33 AM »
I have my carbs in bits and cleaned everything out. Had lots of brackets/arms/etc zinc plated and ready to re assemble.

Anyone know how to get the chokes back in? There looks to be a cover over the choke lever pivot point, but I don't want to go damaging it if it is not supposed to move.

Can some one with more experience enlighten me please?

Many thanks

Seamus

Thanks for the pics Johnie. Looks like you are a couple of steps ahead of me on this one.

I had all the choke levers and interconnects etc re plated in bright zinc. They look good.

A bit fiddly getting the choke plates and operating levers into the carbs, but success so far.

Thanks again
