Yeah , it'll probably work, but id suggest you buy OEM HONDA cables.  It'll save you money and headaches in the long run.
Ive had NEW motion pro cables snap during a ride.  My trusty 35+ year old original HONDA cable is what i'm running right now.

So that throttle with some OEM cables? One of the wires in my original cables was snapped, I think this led the PO to think the carbs were flooding, or I would be using them. Broke the original throttle trying to remove a rusted screw.

Are you planning on using the original controls? If so then the throttle you posted the link of probably won't work.

And i don't think those cables will work either. I would order OEM Honda cables like flybox said.

Not using original controls. Replacing all of them except master cylinder. Snapped some screws and couldn't get them out.

Where should I buy a OEM throttle cable at?  Looked at Western Honda, where I have gotten all of my OEM parts so far, and they are out.
The parts are 17910-333-405 and 17920-333-000.

Gizmo, you're in PHX, right? You can try Bob's on Elwood -- do you know that place? Biggest Japanese bike yard in the US. They won't have new OEM Honda cables, but will have some used sitting around, and they sell others such as Motion Pro. I'm also not a big fan of Motion Pro cables and have found them to be hit or miss, sometimes not fitting correctly in terms of length...
