Specialty tool for front wheel removal?
« on: December 07, 2009, 10:37:09 AM »
I haven't had the front wheel off my bike (75 cb550) yet but am about to do some work on it (brake job and maybe steering bearings). This is a dumb question, but what specialty toll do i need to get the wheel off? My clymer book has a specialty tool listed but I don't know where to get one or if there is something else i can use.
thanks
rob

you dont need a special tool to remove the wheel, either a 12mm or 14mm wrench to take the caps off the bottom of the fork then the wheel with axle drops right out
