Lumbee says Hi...
« on: December 10, 2009, 09:27:22 AM »
...havn't been around for a while, but wanted everyone on the board to know I still think about ya'll. For those that know me, I'm do'n fine! For those that don't, I'm glad you found one of the best SOHC forums on the web.

Just thought I'd share my latest purchase. Its a 77 Ironhead Sportster. I have been looking for an HD for a couple years now, and couldn't pass this one up. Paid $1150 for it. Its not a runner, but hopfully will be in a few weeks...as soon as the carb kit comes in.

Hope everyone is doing fine...and keep wrench'n!!!

Hey Mark, Good to see that you are still in the bike thing. Still doing swingarms and gas tanks too I suppose? 8) I sometimes wish I'd gone ahead with one of those tanks that you were doing back when. I imagine it's only a matter of time before you'll be cruisin' on that sharp looking Sportster too! ;) You gonna be around for a whileor just popping in now and then? ???

...hey Bill, I'm still check  in now and then...and have been on the past couple years...just don't post much. As always this is an active board, and most of the time questions get answered by the time I read them. Haven't did any tanks or swingarms in a while...did a couple of frames though...here are some shots for you pic junkies!!!   :o
