Anyone know how the seat comes off?

Thanks.   My new G/F's bike and she cant find her manual.   Been so cold I havent seen the bike yet.

She said she dont have any but I'm sure I'll get some.   One of the guys I used to race with bout one new in 02 or 03.  I liked it.

Thanks to Alan for the help on the seat.   OK now does anyone know of a easy way to lower the bike a little.  The forks wont be a problem but how about the rear?  I know the blackbird you can play around with the stock prolink parts and lower it.  We went riding today and forgot a camra.

Maybe some lower aspect tires will do the trick...if it needs tires soon.

She just bought new tires last fall.  I'll look real good at all the suspension settings next time its out.

Thanks for the link.    My serches usuall dont turn up much.  She says its fine but looks too tall to me.
