Like title states, Im in Columbus, Ohio. I just picked up a 76 CB750K, in a bunch of boxes with a freshly painted frame and the engine and tranny in a wheelbarrow. Well, I picked it up about a few months ago, and just started putting it together and needed some assistance. Someone on Nabble told me to come here, so here I am.
Since I did not take this bike apart, putting it back together is frustrating at times. Mainly the throttle cable routing, and general wiring of the bike is giving me trouble. The downloadable honda manuals arent clear enough for me to make out which wire is what, and the Clymer/Hanes dont give all the info, apparently.
I have been wrenching my own bikes for a few years now. I also got an 04 Suzuki Intruder 800, 01 Kawa ZR-7S (The Daily Driver), 90 Yamaha Radian 600, 86 Interceptor 500, and a 82 Yamaha Seca 750. I also work on mine and my friends cars, and worked at a few shops in my short 21 years.
