Pad Removal ?

Okay,  was able to loosen the caliper allen bolts with my Heat Gun just a few minutes ago and separating the caliper halves. Now I'm having problems removing one brake pad on the brake line/bleeder side of the caliper. Appears to be stuck ? Even trying to grip the pad with channel locks, it won't loosen or budge.

Soaking that caliper side with PB blaster. Any tricks removing that stuck pad before trying compressed air to blow out the piston?

I have better results with hydraulic pressure as opposed to air pressure. Reconnect the master cylinder to the caliper and use it to pump the pad out. Some have used a grease gun on the bleed screw after opening, but that can get messy. If the MC needs rebuilt, then rebuild it and use it to pump the pad out.

No offense intended, but this board is for complete PROJECTS, not on troubleshooting a portion of them.  You should post these topics on another board like SOHC4 Bikes.

Pad and Piston Removed ! Use the Grease Method. Thanks So Much Again, for All the Advice !!!

P.S.  CB750 Cafe Racer Fan,  I'll be sure to use SOHC4 Bikes Forum next time. :) :) :)

Glad you got it removed.
As madmtnmotors has said, you can mock up the MC and bleed the piston out...
