Topic: Help me find this guy.... The Unknown WhoDat!!! in Wash, DC

There is a local search out on this old Saints fan who was shown in the stands during the Sunday game at Washington.  I was hoping that anyone in Washington might have seen the game and the guy in question.  He has apparently been deemed the savior of the Saints and now has a somewhat Chuck Norris cult like following.  I will bet that he has Superbowl tickets coming his way if he can be found.
