I'm doing a complete engine tear down & plan to rebuild the top end, there is some scoring on the cam shaft & surface the cam rolls on in the head. engine has 25K on it, needs a cam chain, but no top end noise to speak of- how do I fix this?

Welcome hansen.
Actually both your cam & the head look good, nothing to worry about. Just make sure everything is super clean before reassembling.
