Hey Capt.

It would help if we knew which bike ur working on.  But I suspect that the plugs you removed are the oil gallery plugs and not the oil pan drain plug.  Sounds like you need to replace the gallery plugs  them look for the drain plug on the front leading edge of the oil pan.
Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Honda color codes the bearing shells by color.  Each color will give a certain clearance with the crank and rods.
