NOMINATE for Bike Of The Month - January 2010
« on: December 13, 2009, 06:13:29 pm »
It's Nominatin' Time!

November BOTM Thread - http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=60133.0
2009 BOTY Thread - http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=61174.0

I will let this run until 12/26/09 and then start the voting thread.

There are some good new ones that popped up recently.  I'll make a suggestion, Venturous's Side-car 750.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I vote for an all bobber month.  We have enough bobbers I think to have a pretty good competition, and with the mixed-bag BOTMs we've been having, I suspect more times than not people just vote for the bike that's most in their niche.  I'm not suggesting we do this all the time, but a couple themed competitions might be interesting for a change.

Hi Soichiro, that is a great idea, although those bikes have already had a go at bike of the month so maybe we should nominate the new bike first and later on have a Bobber of the month.....Love it.. So if its OK i would like to nominate cqyqte's bike.

Ok, I've got a nomination... I like Industrial Cafe's bike alot. Not only is it a clean looking bike, but I think he did it all in his garage on a minimal budget. Yeah, he is one of my forum buddies, but all the same I like his bike. Even if he is a jerk!!!    ;D ;D ;D

my bike is in pieces right now getting ready for a front end swap, but I'll accept the nomination  :)
I'm not sure what to do here, I'm busy looking at the inspiration gallery and hanging out in the SSDB.
I don't pay enough attention to the BOTM except the winners.
here's some pics of it before I started tearing it down last month.

umm... It's not stock ;D
everything I say is pure speculation and

I.C.  don't accept  ..if you win .  then after your front end swap is done .. and your bike looks how you want it
...it still sits on the mainpage after you win .. different then how it sits in the garage ...   it uurkes me a little      (just a little)
