Hi from Italy
« on: December 06, 2009, 05:04:41 PM »
Hi everyone.

I'm a 24 years old boy from Italy (Vicenza, near Venice) with a great passion about vintage bikes.
I'm ending my engineering studies, in fact I'm working on my thesis now and I will graduate in march (finger crossed!)

Sorry for my english is not perfect!

Here some pics of the bike I have worked on during the past three years, I hope I'd like it:

The motor was heavily modified, it's no more a 500 cc but a 600 cc, with some other good stuff like special cams, porting head, valve job, lightened and polished rods and crankshaft. I will post more pics on the high performance forum.
I will also need some advices because I'm building and endurance racer out of a CB750 to compete next year with a couple of friends.

That looks gorgeous!

If you build an endurance racer, any chance we'll see you on any of the classic endurance circuits (Spa for example?)

Love the bike, excellent work and great attention to detail. One question, where did you get the speedometer and tach from? I like those and would love to put them on my 550..

Thanks,
Scott..

WOW. Nice bike.

I am going to try to copy as many elements from your build as I can.  ;D

Where is the gas tank from? I like the size.
