Vintage style gear

So, I am trying to locate a store/website that caters to vintage gear. I am in the market for some riding boots. I am looking for something along the style of lewis leather or dingo boots. If you know of some cool sites/stores pass them along. I;m trying to keep my style retro.

i've always had luck at the local goodwill, pickedup a great 70's leather riding jacket for $15! we have a local hipster store downtown that sells used retro cafe'ish clothing, i'm sure theres a few places like these in most big cities. also ebay. i say why spend the money on new reproduction gear when you can get the real stuff if you look around. i bought a great pair of harness/dingo boots the otherday from Sears for $35!

the chippewa boot company makes a vintage looking boot called the rally boot, 3 buckles/straps on it.

Thats what I wear and I like it a lot. The boots are not for any wet weather though if your looking for all round weather boot and don't want to fuss with the booties for over your boots. Go with something else. Man they are comfy. First time I rode in the rain I was hating life.

Expensive vintage style boots but they last forever. Worn by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2..

Call shoe stores?  Jillions of places sell engineer boots.
Personally, I wear Redwings.  Not cheap, but the leather is real good and I've never worn a pair out -they get cut off when I crash.  

I credit my last pair for saving my foot.  The ER doc wanted to just cut it off.  I told him to sit down and shut up.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHA  (no kidding)

Still have the foot, BTW.  I limp and sometimes it still hurts, but I can walk to the garage.  And I have a new pair of lace-up Redwings.  Not cheap, either.


The Royal Enfield Store sells the Retro helmet that looks like a Davida again, too.  I love mine- more comfortable than a Davida.  (Don't order from Jafrum.  They are crooks and provide really bad customer service)

Frye is a good choice

I have the high top "Logger".
The look is vintage and the wife doesn't want
to see 'em in the house--Perfect!
