I could not find any markings. At one point it was painted over the chrome and I have yet to get all the paint off, so it is possible there could be something hiding, any pics of your pipe turboguzzi? Just out of curiosity...  ;D

I've never seen a Kerker that doesn't use the OEM split collars and clamp ring either. The bends and especially the 4-1 transition piece look like Kerker though.

Now you have!    :)    That's how I got it from the PO. Sorry I don't have a better image.

Here's a couple of my Kerker, no OEM split collars or clamp ring, no welded bends, cough or not.  ;) The flanges are loose with a spot of weld top & bottom of the pipe to hold them in place. There is a bushing on the end of each pipe so as not to need the split collars. The OD of the outlet is 2".

I only remember Kerker having their name on the mega, nothing on the header.

You can decide.

It is TG. I just need to "bone up" on motorcycle exhausts. It'll just be easier to use the Kerker mega, it needs to be baffled and I have two sizes to work with.

What I'm not sure about is if I should lengthen the mid-pipe some.

Back when these bikes were new I always felt the best 4-1 pipes for a power increase were Yoshimura and probably Action 4's, weakest Hooker, Jardine among others with Kerker somewhere in the middle. Short of four individual megas, these days we all know we take what we can get.

Sorry to hijack shenanigans

Better for what, ?...roadracing or dragracing..?
Just asking, cuz my hooKer equipped K model had no trouble beating a certain 78750 F a buddy had..

I never saw a header adverised that did not promise at lerast 10% gain, ever..

Sorry about the comment earlier on the pipe, just do not remember any with the 2&3 pipe bowed like that, and probably remember megaphone details better than the connector pipe details...

Hey 754 there may have been subtle differences in these Kerkers through the years too, not sure. I was talking roadracing, but regardless a lot of those pipes back in the day didn't ever increase power but were mostly to replace original exhausts that rotted away as we all know. There were always increased power claims, but I remember a dyno comparison of popular aftermarket exhausts and those two I mentioned were the only suppliers that delivered on the claim as I recall.
