73 CB 350--Owner very proud of it!!!!!!
« on: December 19, 2009, 10:15:09 AM »
I was searching craigslist today and saw this CB 350 with only 899 miles it says. Sell price is $5500.00. You can see by pictures bike seems to be in great shape and looks to be all original. I always liked these bikes growing up, but had no idea they would bring the kind of $$$$ the owner is wanting. I agree the bike looks  excellent, but most nice 750's don't bring that kind of money. Seems to be overkill to me. What's do you think??

I'd say he loves that bike too much to part with it so has put an unreasonable price on it. ;D
The CB360 was a far superior bike anyway, did you ever try to keep your feet on the foot pegs at speed on a CB350?
Damn vibrations, only my girlfriends liked those bikes much. ;)
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

the bike has been for sale for many months.....

I agree that it is a very nice example but that price is still too much

I would say that a minty 350 twin is worth no more than $2500.

No doubt a beautiful bike, but not $5500 worth of beautiful. I would probably say 3K tops.

sheesh, all you guys are just spoiled, out here in switzerland most CBs cost that much, esp. 'mint' ones like this one. I get so jealous when I keep reading that all you guys bought your bikes for like $300. The cheapest ones (the ones my financial situation forces me to look at) are 1900.- swiss francs (which is about the same as the dollar these days) but of course, $5500.- is way too much when you can get one that just needs a lil TLC  for way cheaper. hah.

A buddy of mine just bought a running 71 cb350 in great shape (not perfect mind you, but very nice) for $900. Thats low, but #$%*, $5500 is nuts. I only paid $600 for a really nice 72 cb500k1 with 4-2 pipes and other doo dads. Less than 10k on it.
THIS BIKE KILLS FASCISTS!!!!
