Is there Bars in SLC ?

I heard there wasnt in Salt Lake City..
 Never did see one..
 nor in E Wendover... and I have been there 4 times.

 anyone know..?

This past October we found a great dueling piano bar, cheep booze, cheep woman. SLC had changed a lot since my last visit ;)

 have a good one  8)

Yeah, just don't try to order a shot and a beer at the same time unless they changed that too. I think they ditched the booze window at restaurants.

We had shooters, Long Island Ice teas, and beers all over the table.  It wasn't a private club, just a bar downtown. We hit a few martini bars as well.

In SLC proper, or the burbs??

 we did find a Hooters near downtown, but not in SLC itself..

I was playing a show in Salt Lake City once, we all went to a resaurant to get some food. Waiter came over, took our order. Something was weird. Finally, Paul, my contract guitarist says "um.. can we get beer?"
The waiter visibly relaxed, and said "Yes, sorry, we aren't allowed to ask you if you want drinks. You have to ask us first."

So weird.

Well that is a little weird.
I always thought Salt Lake City was dry, like most of northern Alabama.
