Since the weekend I worked every free our on the bike and now he is nearly ready.
Just a few little things to do and and I hope to start it saturday.

Nice cutaway work around the oil pump Howell - must get my hacksaw out and try the same!

Very silent exhaust  max 103 db, the brand is WRP light.

what is the length of the rear shock?

Why such a large modern canister exhaust muffler? Takes away from the beautiful chassis engine work, in my humble opinion.  Our CR750 recorded the highest sound level ever at Barber Motorsports Park at 112 DB and we were proud to have that recognition.  Do you have some  crazy rules where you race for Classic or Vintage bikes?

UK regs are 105db, has been for a while I think but now being more strictly enforced. For 750's & 600's 4stroke, noise level is measured at 7000 rpm. I understand that the Hailwood replica 500's with 4 exhausts (which have to resemble the originals) have found it particularly difficult to hit 105.

The length is 35 cm and still you can adjust them longer.

Indeed we have crazy rules in Holland because of the environment.
I would like to have four megaphones but that's not allowed , we may not produce more then 103 db.

I really don't know , I hope about 140/145 kg.

Howell, i ended up with 142 kg, so with all the weight you took form the crank, RD forks, ally triple clamps, i think you should be bellow 140. not so sure how much th efull fairing weights though. I run only  a half faring.

350mm is a good length, that's where i am right now.

Yeah it's a shame for sure Mark - as Rod says we're stuck at 105dB in the UK and I can't even hit that on my CB450 twin and that has baffles in the exhaust. No idea what the CR750 will make but I've almost given up on some circuits becasue the locals cannot operate a noise meter well enough to prove what you're putting out. They don't understand that different engines should be tested at different revs and that you make allowances for different temperatures etc. Shame. My modern by comparison Moriwaki VTR was putting out 112bhp and got me banned at the last track day I went to - now have some very horrible looking bolt in baffles to get around the noise test.

...of course once they put that noise test passed sticker on the bike, it's only two quick bolts to take the baffles out again and hear what God and Mr Honda intended you to hear  ;D

Specially for those races I will build an open 4 in 1.
