It has less than 90 crank hp. That's too lame! It's a pity that there are no quick engine power-up mods.
Kawasaki Z900RS has 111 hp which is better. 21 hp more will be noticed.
Yes, and the Z900RS has a modern mono shock suspension too. It certainly is a far-better bike for sport riding.
I think Kawasaki nailed it with the perfect retro-ish bike that is still a modern bike.
Like the Moto Guzzi V7, the CB1100 staid truer to form with a non-inverted fork, and twin shock suspension. Also, the CB1100 is tuned for torque, and is a great machine to ride on the street, with all the torque were you need it for every day riding. The V7 has that great 90-degree V-twin sound and is shaft drive. Sure, it is only 50 HP, but, it is still a helluva lot of fun to ride on the street.
All three are great bikes, all just a little different. Choice is a wonderful thing. Pick the one you like most, buy it, ride it, and smile!
