Done lurking, I'm all in
« on: December 27, 2009, 07:54:53 PM »
Howdy, I've been lurking awhile. I peruse a lot of sites and post on a couple. I've found a lot of useful info on here and looks like a lot of good people, so here I am.

I'm a Machine Service Technician/garage builder. Completed my first build this past summer ('09) of a '77 SOHC 750. Currently working on a second SOHC. The first is a Radical Chobber. The current will be a Cafe style with mild motor build.

I hope to add as much to this board as I've already received.

Thanks,
Griz

Welcome from the East Coast of the Great White North.  Is that a case of beer on that hardtail, great use of space. :)

No, actually, it's a re-purposed stop sign.

Found this bike in completely stock condition in Feb. 08. Paid over twice what my new one cost 30 years ago. Am trying to re-create the look of the late 70's Drag Bike styling.More later. 4-2-10 It ain't stock any more and I have no idea what I am trying to create !

Only one problem with that drawer.  They are all empty, they need to be full and iced.

They were full and iced, b-4 I started ! Actually my wife took that pic , she had lots of questions about why my empty drawer was being used in this manor . My quick response was that this is a Craftsman Tool Box and I am testing the warranty in case of rust . I still aint got my keys back !

Ah wrenching and beer, go together like.....well you know what i mean, and yes I too though his radical chopper had a case of emergency beer on board too. ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
